Andrew Dunstan has been involved with PostgreSQL since he first contributed to the open source project in 2003. In 2004, he created the PostgreSQL Build Farm system, which he has maintained ever since. In 2005 he was made a core committer on the project.
He has contributed to many features of PostgreSQL, including the Windows port, dollar quoting, CSV import and export, PL/Perl enhancements, CSV logging, parallel pg_restore, enum extension and most recently JSON functionality.
Andrew lives in Apex, North Carolina, and is currently a Senior PostgreSQL Developer at 2ndQuadrant.
